I was born and raised in Phoenix. After attending college at the University of Michigan, I worked for several years in other fields before deciding to pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. After graduation, I completed a one-year internship at Pet Emergency and Specialty Center in San Diego, where I focused primarily on emergency and critical care.
Before joining the team at Norterra Animal Hospital, I worked at a general practice in Poway, CA. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, visiting local restaurants and breweries, and spending time with family and friends. My husband and I share our house with our two children and two schnauzer mixes.
